CHOCA Arts House:  an apartment that promotes arts 4 every1 at donations only prices.
The use includes
- community room  // -studio  //  3 lobbies  // corridor  // How the CHOCA space is decorated is decided by the CHOCA team members ( eg best way to fill brighten the corridor, how / where to display participants' work, if to have a gallery or not and if so should be a shop or just display, run be artists club lisbon or choca etc

Housem8s' Space    Housem8s space = own bedroom, kitchenc bathroom, common room when not being used by CHOCA. If a housem8 wants to use the community room at the same time as a CHOCA Arts activity CHOCA would take preference. However presumably both ppl in CHOCA and housem8s would be able to work out a solution which'd be good for both

General house maintenance decisions r voted on my the housem8s: eg the best way to spend the monthly budget, job rotas, etc

Housem8 choicing !!    Housem8s should be arts coorind8ors, art lovers, and / or artists who r interested in working 2gether to make choca work well as an arts apartment. Occasionally we take ppl for a mth or 2 who either r not interested or coz of job restraints cant join  in the arts activities. This is ok but not ideal.
